-    Ayuda a perder peso.

Following this series of free tools that Life gives us in abundance to live it with well-being, today we are going to mention the magic of water.

Water is synonymous with life, energy, and strength. Without water, there is no life! We all know that, but what exactly is water? The wonderful life substance is made up of two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atoms in each of its molecules, hence the universally known formula of H2O. Water occurs in a liquid state, although it also solidifies and forms ice and in its gaseous form it forms vapor. More than 71% of the earth's crust is covered by water in the form of oceans, seas, lakes, rivers, lagoons, streams, springs, etc. The human body is between 55% and 78% water, depending on its measurements and complexion. To avoid disorders, the body needs about 2.5 liters of water daily. This amount varies depending on the level of activity, temperature, humidity and other factors of each individual and does not mean that we should take all this amount completely in the form of water because in food we are already incorporating it into the body, but to get an idea of how much we must incorporate into our daily habit.

In addition to knowing all this, studies have revolutionized the concept and capacity of water. Masaru Emoto, author of several works in this regard, affirms that “the words, intentions, sounds and thoughts directed towards a volume of water would influence the shape of the ice crystals obtained from it”. According to this theory "human thought, words, music, the labels on the containers, influence the water and it changes positively or negatively, according to the intention. Understanding this, if the water is transformed with the intention, as We are 70-80% water, we should behave the same. Emoto calls this power "magnetized water" that is, ordinary water that, because it has been previously treated with positive vibrations, has been charged with energy and works wonders in those who drink it.

I invite you to focus your intention on positive thoughts every time you have a glass of water in your hands. Water is a gift from Nature, let us use it consciously and also take care of it.

Here is a list of benefits that water gives us:

- When the body receives the adequate amount of water, it improves the immune system and then, it can fight against diseases.

- Relieves fatigue. Water is used by the body to eliminate toxins and waste products that it does not need. When there is less water in the body, the heart has to work harder to pump oxygenated blood to all cells and other major organs, and that can cause fatigue.

- Avoid headaches and migraines. In most cases, the main reason for headaches and migraines is dehydration.

- Helps in digestion and prevents constipation. When we drink enough water the rate of metabolism increases, that is, the food we eat is broken down properly. This helps the digestive system to function properly preventing constipation.

- Helps maintain the beauty of the skin. Water helps to replenish the skin tissues, as well as hydrate it and increase its elasticity. When the body receives enough water, the skin will be hydrated. It also helps the skin with scars, acne, wrinkles, and other symptoms of aging.

- Regulates the body temperature. The thermal properties of water and its ability to release heat from the body when sweat evaporates from the surface of the skin are helpful in maintaining body temperature throughout the day. A well-regulated body temperature will make us feel more energetic and keep our muscles and joints lubricated, avoiding cramps and sprains.

- Reduces the risk of cancer. Some studies indicate that drinking water also reduces the risk of bladder and colon cancer. Water destroys cancer-causing agents reducing the risk of different types of cancer.

- Improves the immune system. When the body receives the proper amount of water, it improves the immune system. Thus, it can fight against diseases such as the flu, kidney stones and heart attack. It will also be of great help in dealing with health problems such as rheumatism, arthritis, etc.

- Reduces the risk of heart problems. Staying active with a healthy diet and drinking 2 liters of water (or 5 glasses) daily, if you propose these healthy changes in your routine, it will help you reduce the risk of suffering from heart disease and diabetes.

- Solve bad breath. Bad breath is a clear sign that the body needs more water. Saliva helps your mouth to rid itself of bacteria and keep your tongue hydrated. For this reason, every time we have bad breath, the first thing we should do is drink a lot of water.

- Helps to lose weight. Water helps remove by-products of fat. When we drink water, the stomach fills up making us lose our appetite a bit. Water contains no calories, fat, carbohydrates, or sugar and is a great replacement for high-calorie drinks.

So, In short, "Let's drink enough water and celebrate Life."
